DBTNZ started back in 1989 with a pioneering vision of Denis Columb, who had spent his life riding and racing around the South Island of NZ. Over the past 37 years, the entire family have worked within the business, running tours from Bluff to Blenheim, groups of 1 to groups of 20+, while juggling their numerous racing careers in all disciplines of off road motorsports. These days, the baton has been passed down to Denis' son, Scott Columb, who has expanded the business to include an array of offerings due to his unique position to guide, teach and coach in every discipline (Basic riding, MX, SX, Enduro, Trail) - having spent majority of his adult life racing at the highest level in many categories.
